The information collected when you avail services at HavenSense falls under two categories.

To enjoy our services, you need to create an account at HavenSense, and for that matter, you need to provide relevant information. Similarly, to use paid services, you also need to have an account. We cannot give the account to you without having payment information from you. Basically, to use many of our services and products, you need to provide us with certain information before we proceed any further.
Personal Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide us with some information so that we can provide our services to you. This includes a display name, a username, a password, an email address or phone number; date of birth; your display language; and third-party single sign-in information. You can also share your location in your profile and upload your address book to HavenSense to help find people you may know. Remember that your profile information, which includes your display name and username, is always public, but you can use either your real name or a pseudonym. Also, you can create multiple HavenSense accounts, for example, to express different parts of your identity, professional or otherwise.
Information we receive from third parties
Remember, when you use other online products and services, they may share your information with us, For example, Ad partners, Developers, and publishers. Even our Ad and business partners share information with us, such as browser cookie IDs, HavenSense generated identifiers, content viewed, and actions taken on a website or an app. Few of our Ad partners, basically our advertisers, allow us to collect information directly from their website or app by integrating our advertising technology. We may also receive your information from third parties who are not our ad partners but our partners who help us evaluate the safety and quality of content on our platform.
What data do you collect about me?
When you give us some data in return, we offer you valuable services. You provide some data; we get some data. In return, we offer valuable services. We collect your data based on the following:

- If you’ve chosen to share your phone's address book with us.
- Location Information. When you use HavenSense, we collect information about your approximate location to provide the service you expect, including showing you relevant ads. You can also choose to share your current precise location or places where you’ve previously used HavenSense.
- When you provide other information to HavenSense, including an email address or phone number, we associate that information with your HavenSense account.
- Subject to your settings, we may also use this information to infer other information about your identity, for example, by associating your account with hashes of email addresses that share standard components with the email address you have provided to HavenSense.
How do we use the collected information?
Using the information collected helps us break down the systems that bring our services to your work. For example, the same data may be used differently for different purposes to deliver a single service ultimately. Information collected by HavenSense from the websites and apps of ad partners and affiliates may be combined with the other information you share with us. Note that we use the information we collect to measure and analyze the effectiveness of our products and services and to understand better how you use them in order to make them better. We use the information we collect to communicate with you about our products and services, including product updates and changes to our policies and terms. We use information you share with us or collect to conduct research, surveys, product testing, and troubleshooting to help us operate and improve our products and services.
My HavenSense account is public?
By sharing your information with us, you should also know how we share it, why we share it, and how you can control it. When you record a 60-second video, post it, and share it with the general public, you are directing us to disclose that information as broadly as possible. Your HavenSense content, including your profile information (e.g., name, username, profile pictures), is available to the general public. The content you send to a specific HavenSense user, such as through Direct Messages. Please remember that if you’ve shared information like Direct Messages with someone else who accesses HavenSense through a third-party service, the information may be shared with the third-party service.
How or when do you share my information?
No rule of thumb for this, but HavenSense can end up in the news or a search engine. There’s no straight answer to this! Depending on your settings, we also provide third parties with information to help us offer or operate our products and service. Remember that we may share your information with our service providers that perform functions and provide services on our behalf, including payment services providers who facilitate payments; service providers that host our various blogs and wikis; service providers that help us understand the use of our services; and those that provide fraud detection services. How Long do We Keep Information?

You can access it, delete it, or change your settings. Basically, you’re the boss here! Deleting or deactivating is all in your hands. If you deactivate your HavenSense account, your account, including your display picture, username, and public profile, will no longer be viewable on HavenSense.com, HavenSense for iOS, and HavenSense for android. For up to 30 days after deactivation, it is still possible to restore your HavenSense account if it was accidentally or wrongfully deactivated.
How can I control my data?

Your Rights and Ours
We provide HavenSense to people worldwide and provide many of the same privacy tools and controls to all of our users regardless of where they live. However, your experience may differ slightly from users in other countries to ensure HavenSense respects local requirements.

Terms And Conditions
A binding contract between you and HavenSense lets you use HavenSense services. You may use the services only if you are not a person who is outlawed from receiving services from HavenSense under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Under any scenario, to use the services, you must be at least 13 years old. In any case, you must be at least 13 years old; if you agree to the Terms and Conditions and use the services on behalf of any company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you are fully authorized. Content on the Services
It is essential to know that you are solely responsible for the content you provide to us. Always make sure to provide the content you are comfortable sharing with other people. The services you use, and your content should comply with the applicable rules, laws, and regulations. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the truthfulness or reliability of any content or communications shared or posted at HavenSense. You understand that relying on any content while using the services is entirely at your own risk. While using the services, you may encounter content or communications that might be offensive, harmful, inappropriate, even misleading, or deceptive. We do not take responsibility for such content as such content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated the content and not us. We do not take responsibility for such misleading content. Any reliance on such content is at your own risk. HavenSense reserves the rights and authority to remove content that violates our User Agreement. The user must know that by submitting, posting, or displaying the content, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, display, copy or distribute any such content in all media.
Your Rights and Grant of Rights in the Content
You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. What’s yours is yours — you own your content (and your incorporated audio, photos, and videos are considered part of the content). By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in all media or distribution methods. This license authorizes us to make your content available to the world and let others do the same.
Using the Services
On HavenSense, users can create content, connect with users, build an online community, and sell any digital product or service in sports and gaming directly from their profile. Please review the User Agreement and clearly understand what is prohibited from the services. On HavenSense, users and content creators can interact, collaborate on content, and pay each other directly for the services or products they are selling on the platform. Since HavenSense will be a secondary market for digital games and an outlet for game developers to sell their games, you agree that the platform will charge 7% per transaction. For our peer-to-peer marketplace, You agree that HavenSense will take a 5% fee per transaction for users selling digital products and services in sports and gaming for everything outside the digital games category. Our online marketplace will charge a 5% per transaction platform fee to both buyers and sellers. The exercising of these transactions will be facilitated using Stripe, which is a secure payment integration that offers a high-quality user experience and optimal functionality. Users on the platform will be able to drive growth for their online stores and profiles for as low as $4 by utilizing HavenSense ads. On HavenSense, users are given the option to donate to other users or content creators. HavenSense will take 5% of these user-to-user donations. Users are also allowed to donate directly to the platform to support us in our journey to grow and improve the platform as they enjoy the user experience. Please know that our Services evolve constantly. The Services may change from time to time, at our discretion. HavenSense may also offer services or features for which additional terms and conditions or charges may apply.
Your Account
An account needs to be created to use our services. Please remember that it is your responsibility to protect your account yourself. Use a strong password to safeguard your account. We do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage if you fail to comply with the above-said information.
Ending These Terms
If you wish to stop using our services and end your legal agreement with HavenSense, deleting or deleting your account will help you do so. However, we may also suspend or delete your HavenSense account permanently, provided you don’t comply with our Terms and Conditions of services. We may also revise these Terms from time to time.
Your License to Use the Services
HavenSense gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided as part of the Services. This license has the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by HavenSense, in the manner permitted by these Terms.
